  • Are there any costs associated with participating in the Creative for Good program?
    Nope! The 3-month Creative for Good program is completely free for participating organizations and provides access to all core creative production capabilities, creative strategy & planning support, and access to the ShuttlerockCloud platform. Shuttlerock does offer a variety of add-on services for purchase, including professional copywriting and voiceover recording, but they are completely optional.
  • Do I need to have existing creative assets for Shuttlerock to work with?
    Yes, but our team are experts at working magic with whatever assets you have available, from simple static images to visual assets from your organization's website. We can also work with stock imagery provided by your organization. As long as you have something, we'll turn it into engaging, world-class creative! Please note: Shuttlerock does not offer photo/video shoots for net new content creation.
  • What's the expected time commitment for participating organizations?
    It depends on your goals for the program, but to get the most value out of it you should expect to commit up to 1-3 hours per week to submit briefs, review creative and request revisions, and join planning calls with your Client Solutions Manager.
  • Will Shuttlerock run my ad campaign with the new creative?
    Nope. Shuttlerock specializes in the transformation and optimization of creative assets, not campaign activation or media buying. We're unable to place your creative into paid ads or organic posts on any social media or digital advertising platforms.
  • What happens after the 3-month program wraps up?
    Organizations who participate in Creative for Good may be eligible for discounted creative plans after the original 3-month program has concluded. More details will be provided to program participants.
