A store opening is a local moment, but on social it competes with everything else in the feed.
For the openings in Orlando and Detroit, Primark wanted to break from its everyday content and create something that would spark curiosity and earn attention, not just buy it.
The constraints made this harder: a tight deadline and a limited pool of existing assets. Primark needed creative that felt fresh and premium without a full-scale production.

Shuttlerock UGC 3D combines real user-generated footage with high-impact 3D product models to create an AR-style experience, without the AR build.
Brands get the best of both: UGC delivers platform-native authenticity, while 3D delivers brand impact and the kind of visual surprise that stops the scroll.
Together, Primark and Shuttlerock developed a simple, ownable idea: giant Primark shopping bags parachuting in from the sky to announce that Primark had arrived.
- Asset transformation: Shuttlerock turned flat images of Primark’s tote bag into a fully realised 3D model.
- Real-world footage: Raw UGC captured at the Florida Mall in Orlando grounded the creative in the actual location.
- Craft at speed: Custom parachute animation and CGI brought the two together into a short-form story built for Reels.
The result was distinctive, native-feeling creative, made from minimal inputs and delivered on deadline.
The creative performed across both organic and paid.
Attention is the scarcest resource in social. This campaign shows that brands don’t need big budgets or long timelines to earn it. By pairing authentic, platform-native footage with eye-catching 3D, Shuttlerock turned a limited set of assets into creative that drove reach well beyond Primark’s usual benchmarks and gave a local launch national-scale visibility.
